Mural Wall Illustration

Commision work to make mural illustration for dessert cafe in Indonesia Hejo Hejo.  Cendols are popular traditional dessert originating from Southeast Asia which is popular in IndonesiaMalaysiaSingapore, Brunei, Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand and Burma. According to popular belief in Indonesia that the name “cendol” is related to the word jendol, in reference to the swollen green worm-like rice flour jelly.

Everytime I draw these illustrations, it always made me hungry and crave for desserts because I have to look at their mouthwatering menus. I can’t resist to their food!! Their Cendol is very special because they don’t use coconut milk, like a regular cendol. They made it from almond milk instead, which has lesser calories.
